Mosquito (Culicidae) 5/28/12 PL DE on the hind foot of a Snapping Turtle

That's the hind foot of a Snapper in the background. Didn't get any itches or welts afterwards, so the snapper might have been the donor. Wasn't sure it was a mosquito but someone at bg ID'd it for me.
