Keroplatidae - tiny upturned-abdomen fly-thingie (likely genus Proceroplatus)

Oh, and to make matters worse, it isn't as if this thing was more than small enough. No. Up in the right-hand corner is a tiny wasp. Good grief.

I can't go as far as species for mine, but Proceroplatus is a little more likely now.)
