Mayfly (genus Caudatella) (in family Ephemerellidae) and exuvia

-Caudatella, if I'm to believe the Mayfly identification page, here:

-the only two criteria I entered were the number of tails, and under "other distinguishing characteristics" I picked "middle tail longer".

-I don't know if the exuvia belongs with this fly or not
