Pale Jewelweed (Impatiens pallida) - 2016-8-23 Russell Peterson Urban Wildlife Refuge, Wilmington, DE

There are two kinds of Jewelweed, orange and yellow.
Native Americans used the leaves of these plants for itches from Poison Ivy, mosquito bites, etc.

These folks, below, have a picture of pallida that has a rich yellow like the above example, but this was definitely a yellow flower, no orange tint.

That said, I could still be wrong.

Update 9/10/16: Ran across mention in the comments section of a website that "Capensis has 9 or fewer teeth per side of leaf margin and pallida has 10 or more teeth."
