Leafhopper (Agallia constricta or Agallia quadripunctata) 2012-6-30 PL DE - maybe 2.5 to 3mm

on Sansivieria - Some name it *Agalliota* to differentiate from Old World Agallia (see description) Hard to tell from this angle whether mine has a broader or narrower wing.
