(BG) Fragile Forktail Damselfly (Ischnura posita)

This is tiny, as you can see by comparing it to the sunflower seed.

Could it be that the Eastern has two solid lines on the back of its thorax and the Fragile looks like it has two exclamation marks?
"Yes - Those are some of the salient field marks. The exclamation marks are distinctive if seen, though a very small number of aberrant Easterns can show this. Male Eastern Forktails have abdominal segments 8 and 9 near the tip of the abdomen pale blue with black lateral markings. Fragile lacks blue markings on the end of the abdomen."
