Widow Skimmer (Libellula luctuosa) imm. male 2015-7-24 Newark, DE

This is most likely an imm. male that hasn't yet fully developed all his white. His tail is just beginning to get a bit of white on it. If it were a female it wouldn't have any white on the tail and would show a yellow stripe on each side of the abdomen.
