Saw something large and brown scurrying through the grass. Never thought it was a spider. When I got closer I thought maybe it was a Grass Spider. I got even closer and it stopped dead in its tracks - that right there should have told me it wasn't a Grass Spider. When I bent over and looked closer it jumped at me at the same the time I realized it had two black front legs. I marked the spot with a piece of straw and got the camera. Lucky for me it was still there. This time the camera was between it and my face, but it didn't jump at me again. I took a few pictures and encouraged it to go on its way. I got so excited I showed the neighbors the pictures and forgot I just had Brie for lunch. :/
