probably IDIA - can't decide between two species

2010-9-16 FPA, DE - found this dead on the window sill and have been trying to find out what it is ever since
Update: 4/20/15 - I'm pretty sure of Idia, maybe another time I'll feel like starting all over - so far:
perhaps Common Idia (Idia aemula)
or
perhaps (Idia concisa)
