PHIGALIA (genus)
Phigalia is a Winter moth. The females don't have wings and can't fly.

update after IDs from bg:
-The mothguide says "The PM line is strongly outwardly dentate. There is a very deep bend near the inner margin, whearas in P. strigataria, the PM line is nearly straight near the inner margin."
-Nota bene: Now that the IDs are in for the moths from 2012 to 2013, it seems to me that I put too much emphasis on that PM inner margin curve.
