Limoniid Crane Fly male, approx. 15mm - 10/6/12 PL DE

A male Limonia rarta?
Tough one to find a wing match.
The only picture I could find for this with similar wing was at PA Crane Flies.

I didn't get a ruler on this one. In order to estimate size
I measured the siding as about 75mm (from dark strip to dark strip in the picture)
and came up with an approximate 15mm from head to abdomen tip.
