Berkeley's Polypore (Bondarzewia berkeleyi)

In amongst Mountain Laurel. Black Oak leaves on the ground so I don't hesitate to say that perhaps the stump this is growing on is from an old oak. :o) I also see a green White Oak leaf in the upper right hand corner of the picture.
