10/31/10 - This is the winter garden. Frost advisory tonight. I thought it might be a good time to take a pic before the purple podded bean flowers die. (see description) Clockwise, beginning with the Sedum in back:

2 mints in one pot, one volunteer from the complex, the other from 2010 Irish Mystery Plants
purple-podded bean plant still flowering
hiding to the right of the bean plant is a pot of bergenia
Lance-leafed Coreopsis from the TX 2009 Mystery Plants
bergenia without roots that most likely won't survive
a pot of kale I bought for the soul
a few sprigs of English Ivy that, I hope, like the Bergenia, will establish some roots before freezing weather sets in
