Am curious to learn what grass or plant the Blackbird is on. I haven't been able to find a lead.
update: 2017-10-11 - am thinking it may be a grass (instead of sedge or rush)
I also think this type of habitat is called "high marsh" (of the fresh water, tidal, mudflat variety)
