Elephant Ear, Purple Taro - Am crossing my fingers that this is "Black Magic" (see description) Update 10/4/11, I found "Black Magic" (Colocasia esculenta) which is hardy to 10 degrees F. Also found something called "Imperial Taro" that is very hardy, but the leaves look different from yours.
