2012-2-18 - Glass bottles, whoever heard of such a silly thing.

Many years ago, Brigitte and I were in a store. There was something new in the soda aisle and it was *plastic* bottles. They'd been around for a year or two and very, very slowly were being adopted, so there were still mostly glass bottles. I told her I was going to buy two soda bottles and stash them away because some day they'd be a big deal because there'd be nothing liquid sold in glass anymore. She laughed at me - in a nice way, of course. :o)
