Front l-r: (Ron's sisters) Barbara, Janice (see description) 10/8/10 - Found this 2x3" negative quite some time ago and didn't know what to do with it. I presumed it was an old negative from my father. Even when I held it up to the light, I couldn't make out what it was except that it had some people on it.

One day I realized that my image manipulation program has a "negative" setting on it. It occurred to me to try to take a picture of the negative and then see if by using the "negative" setting, I could actually turn the picture into a positive exposure. Whee! It worked. :o) I was surprised to see who was on it. I'm so glad that you have at least one picture of your father when he was young.

I'll put the negative safely aside and see that it gets to Ron via one of you three.

Update: Negative delivered on 11/13/11 at David's wedding. Barbara and Ron were sitting across from me. I told them I had a negative of them when they were young and was giving it to whomever wanted it. I laid it between and in front of them on the table. Aunt Barbara had the fastest fingers. She said it was taken in Virginia. If you want to know more you should ask her. I don't remember what beach she said it was.
