Convert all aluminum wiring to copper, lighting, plumbing, extra oulets with separate circuit breakers and drywall and insulation along foundation wall and extended soffit by yours truly. We also changed oven and dishwasher locations.

The stain and door/drawer hardware and light fixtures picked out by Cathy. New microwave and same: oven, dishwaser, toaster oven and refrigerator. New deep 9" double sink with plumbing hardware. Thrifty nifty Cathy with a good eye and sensible judgment :-)

An amazing fact is the cabinets cost about the same as a quote i obtained from Home Depot several years ago. An answer to prayers for wisdom and collaboration of effort and fiscal responsibilty!
