2017-1-18 - A recipe for storage. (container holds 2 1/4 quarts)

I like cooking meals in bulk and need a place to store left-overs in the fridge. Everyone has their favorite food storage containers and these are mine for the time being. They store more than a quart, are square, and stack neatly. Of course, they're freezer, microwave and top-rack dishwasher safe. A pleasant surprise is that they open and close easily.

Picked these up to try last time I went food shopping and am enjoying them. There's one in the fridge still holding a couple more meals of cauliflower soup and another now full of the mac and cheese plus a quart more in another container. If I count one cup per meal, that's 6 meals of lunch and dinner, or three days. I'm happy with that.
