See the green 1? That line gets filled in automatically.

See the green 2 and the little black arrow it points to? Click on that arrow and a drop-down box will appear. Use this drop-down dialog to find and select the RSS folder you just created on your favorites bar.

Once you have selected the RSS folder you can then click on the "Subscribe" button.
