This is the nature center at the refuge. The bridge behind the building is the one we just crossed. Follow our red line path from the car.

It can't be accessed at ground level. From the parking lot you first need to walk to the bridge which is about two stories high. It takes you to the second level of the building where the interpretive center is. Once inside we walked around.

Karen found a run-away turtle that had been taken out of one of the exhibits and was left to roam the floor for exercise. It, of course, found a nook where no one but Karen thought to look.

From there we took the elevator down to ground level.
