Lyre-leaved sage - It's called that because of the shape of the leaves at the base of the plant.

Oh, before you say anything about not seeing the leaves at the base and so how dare I name it. Well, there is an album called "Wildflowers" and the flowers are sorted according to color. If you absolutely will toss and turn all night unless you see a picture of basal leaves that don't very much look like Lyres, then maybe you should go there and look under "Blue-ish". :oP~~~
