Wicked Warbler Weekend #2. (86 species.) A very honorable mention to our visitor from VA, Debbie, who snagged a Green Heron, of all places, in a pond next to a very busy Wawa parking lot! MVA - Groundhog, Fort Dupont.

Bombay Hook. This was our nemesis. Oh, he's in there alright. You can see him, but you can't figure out what he is!

Would most certainly have pegged this as Semi-palmated Sandpiper, but it turns out to have yellow legs. Just shows to go the variety of plumage in the Least, I guess.

Carp are spawning near a lock.

They are so hyper that they're beating the water into a froth.

One fish was at least a foot and a half long. We heard continual booming as one fish or another was ramming into the gate.

We looked in vain for an American Golden Plover. Debbie thought she saw a Red-knot and it seems we missed a Stilt Sandpiper near the front.

Blue Grosbeak. A very handsome bird. He knows it, too, as he sat still for quite some time so we could *finally* get a good picture of him.
